Abstract | ||
In this workshop Melissa Hagemann will outline general principles with regards to formulating a national strategy. What are important elements to take into account, and what approaches are being used? Examples of projects in South Africa, Poland, the US, and Brazil will be highlighted. Following this will be an illustration of the Dutch Government’s efforts by means of the WikiWijs project by Jan-Bart de Vreede. After the presentation we will try to help each other in formulating a "plan of action" for the countries of the participants involved. What are good first steps? What partners should you be seeking. How can we help each other with these efforts? These and more questions will be dealt with for specific countries at the request of the participants. | ||
