Abstract | ||
This exploratory study investigates the bipartite network of meta articles linked by common editors in Wikipedia: and Help: namespaces (and their talk pages) of the South American Wikipedias (ES, PT) and MetaWiki. We construct a bipartite network, and from it, overlapping cliques of densely connected articles and significant editors (who edited at least 10 edits per each article) to study the communities that organize, discuss, and lead those Wikipedias. We compare the ‘Café’ and ‘Esplanada’ to the ‘Village Pump’ and to MetaWiki and see at a meso-level the appearance of coordination areas, policy making and general guidelines. | ||
